Bollywood and Southern sensation Kajal Aggarwal is currently experiencing the best phase of her life: pregnancy. The actress along with her businessman husband Gautam Kitchlu is currently baby mooning in Dubai. For the past few days, the Singham actress has been sharing a few pictures from her getaway in the UAE and she looks cute as a button. Kajal steers major pregnancy goals as she sees a flaunting baby bump and pregnancy glow. On her latest vacation, the actress decided to shed some light on body shaming and body positivity that everyone thinks is the need of the hour.

Kajal revealed in her lengthy post that she has been through some amazing developments in her life; right from her body to her home and workplace. She added that some of the comments about body shaming and memes were bad. She also asked haters to learn to be nice and “if that’s too hard, maybe just live and let live,” the actress said.

Kajal Aggarwal went on to write down some of her thoughts for all those going through similar life situations and some “introverted idiots” that she thinks they don’t seem to understand. The Special 26 actress’s positive note received love from another Southern sensation Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Sam sent her love and said to Kajal, “You are and will remain beautiful.” Check it out below:

An excerpt from her long note read: “During pregnancy, our bodies go through several changes including weight gain!! Hormonal changes cause our stomach and breasts to enlarge as the baby grows and our bodies prepare for breastfeeding. Some may develop stretch marks where our bodies get bigger. Sometimes our skin breaks out with acne. We can also be much more tired than usual and have more frequent mood swings. A negative mood can make us more likely to have unhealthy or negative thoughts about our bodies.”

Kajal added: “These changes are NATURAL and as we struggle to deal with all the new additions to our lives (especially the anticipation of the arrival of our little humans), we don’t have to feel abnormal, we don’t. ” We don’t have to be pigeonholed or stereotyped and we don’t have to be uncomfortable or pressured during the most beautiful, wondrous and precious phase of our lives! We must not forget that the whole process of the birth of a little baby is a celebration that we get to experience.”

Kajal concluded her post by saying that it’s okay for women to take some time off or not completely return to what they looked like before pregnancy after giving birth.
