If the rumors are to be believed, the Hindi dubbing rights of director Lingusamy’s highly anticipated action entertainer, “The Warriorr,” starring Ram Pothineni, have sold for a colossal sum. Sources close to the production unit say the Hindi dubbing rights of the film have been sold for Rs 16 crore. However, it is unclear who bought the rights. The unit, which is busy filming, has just started a new schedule.

The Warriorr has generated a lot of interest for a number of reasons. Firstly, this bilingual version marks Ram Pothineni’s debut in Tamil. Subsequently, it will be the first time for Telugu actor Ram Pothineni to participate in a film directed by Tamil director Lingusamy.

Only recently had the makers of The Warrior released the first look poster and title of the film, seeing Ram Pothineni as a police officer on an important mission with a squad of police officers. Sources say ‘The Warrior’ will be an action treat for the public.

The film has a great all-star cast with Krithi Shetty as the heroine, Akshara Gowda in a key role and Aadhi Pinisetty as the antagonist. Devi Sri Prasad has been hired to score music for ‘The Warriorr’, which is being produced on a big budget by Srinivasaa Chitturi for Srinivasaa Silver Screen.
