World-renowned K-pop boy group BTS once again topped the boy group brand reputation rankings. This makes them the only boy group to top the charts for the 45th month in a row. In February, BTS’s Brand Reputation Index posted an 8.68% increase from its January score. Additionally, the group’s brand reputation index in February was 11,984,394. Looking at the positive and negative analysis, BTS received 76.05% positive feedback from consumers. This significant increase in consumer response helped the boy band stay on top. When the keyword analysis was done, the top-ranking keywords for BTS included “Youtube,” “Instagram,” and “ARMY.” When it comes to top-ranking terms, related terms were pinned to “Increase,” “Thank,” “Exceed,” and “Reward.”

After BTS, NCT got the second position in the boy group brand reputation ranking. NCT’s Brand Reputation Index for February is 3,964,297. Similar to BTS, this boy group also achieved an 8.79% increase in February. The boy group achieved significant numbers in different indices such as the Participation Index, Media Index, Communication Index, and Community Index. NCT has 23 members in total and the group was formed by SM Entertainment. Additionally, the group debuted in 2016 with their double singles “Without you” and “The 7th sense.”
K-pop boy group SEVENTEEN has thirteen members and did surprisingly well in the February boy group brand reputation rankings. The boy group was in close competition with NCT but reached the third position with a brand reputation index of 3,610,624. Boy band SEVENTEEN has an attendance index of 437,852, a media index of 1,209,693 and a community index of 1,187,931. Unlike all other bands, SEVENTEEN suffered a 1.51% decline during the month of February.
Speaking of huge improvements, boy group ‘The BOYZ’ rose to number four on the February chart. In January, the group ‘THE BOYS’ was still under the top 10 as it had reached the seventh position the previous month. In February, NCT recorded a 40.77% increase in its brand reputation index. This brings their brand reputation score to 2,991,577. The boy band was formed by IST Entertainment. Moreover, “THE BOYS” is made up of eleven members, and they all debuted together in 2017. Some of the group’s most famous songs are “No Air”, “The Stealer” and “Revel”.
Boy group WANNA ONE secures a spot on the February 5 boy group brand reputation rankings after being absent for some time. The K-pop group managed to reach the fifth position in February. In addition, the WANNA ONE brand reputation index score rounds up to 2,832,756.
The group consisted of eleven members and was formed by CJ E&M. In 2017, the group debuted under two agencies, CJ E&M and Swing Entertainment.
