Meanwhile, Farhan Akhtar’s mother Honey Irani has confirmed their marriage and Mehendi ceremony, she revealed to India Today: “Shibani’s close friends have given her the Mehendi function, which is now taking place. We are very happy, the wedding will take place on February 19. It will be a private affair with only close family and friends attending.”
When asked about the wedding venue at Akhtar’s farm in Khandala, she added: “I can’t reveal that, we don’t want the media to show up at the venue. It’s a family affair.”
