Now, in its tenth week, the film is pretty much enjoying its last hurrah, with 0.75 crores* more are coming in. The film still finds audiences on the single screens of Maharashtra, and even on certain key multiplexes of Delhi and Haryana, sees some sort of footsteps trickling in. Agree they may not be substantial, but considering the fact that the film has been running in all languages on OTT for over a month now, it’s still remarkable how it still finds tickets being sold at the box office.
The Allu Arjun starrer is now on 107.60 crores* and while only the Hindi version has surpassed the lifetime number of ’83 (in all languages), it should be close to 108 crores by the end of the week. Post that you can no longer imagine footsteps for the film as the Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Alia Bhatt film focuses on the same states where Pushpa [Hindi] has done his best business, Maharashtra and Gujarat. Beyond that, audiences will find a new movie with a similar local flavor, and that should keep them engaged further.
